Instructor: Tony Lawry (Second City-Detroit Alum)
While a lot of improvisation performances are for mostly peers in the improv world, the paying audience is often forgotten in the scene work as us improvisors are always trying to better our craft in the moments of performance. This workshop gives the improviser an audience first mentality through character choices, scene building and how to use the suggestion in a truly audience friendly way. No more will an audience member come up to you after a show and ask if it was really improvised or why didn’t you use the suggestion.

Instructor: Tony Lawry (Second City-Detroit Alum)

Students of this workshop will learn games and exercises that will enhance their students leadership and teamwork skills, abstract thinking and self esteem in the classroom while learning through laughter. This workshop is perfect for professional development credit for public school teachers.
